At 65 years of age, I have had a lot of dental work here in Canada and overseas, I was lucky to find this clinic who have set the bar high for other clinics, from the friendly reception to one of the best dentists I have met, Thank you Dr Lina! Patient care at its best.

The office is easy to locate with modern equipment and facilities. The doctors are very accommodating and gentle throughout the process which is great to ease nervousness and anxiety before and during a dental appointment. They doctors are very knowledgeable and easy going which was nice since I’m not always comfortable before a dental appointment. Overall I highly recommend.
Dr. Lina was very friendly and took her time with my wisdom tooth extraction. She made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the process. Other staff members were very friendly as well and easy to talk to. Very convenient location.

Before this appointment, I wasn’t a fan of the dentist but this office has really awesome staff that make everything painless and even fun. Dr. Lina is very kind. I’ll be returning for a couple more appointments in the next few months and I have zero anxiety about it! Would absolutely recommend.

I was incredibly apprehensive about coming to the dentist, for nothing more than past experiences and my own anxiety. However, I am so thankful that I came to this office because the staff are great and because of them I immediately felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Lina is also really kind and knowledgeable and made me feel okay about finally getting back into the routine of proper oral care without any judgement that I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while. 10/10 would recommend this team!
My first appointment was xray and cleaning. I went in with a mistrust and fobia of the dentist and they handle it swimly.
The assistant did a breathing exercise before we started and walked me through the process.
Last dentist I had got over zealous when they saw my insurance and caused me to pay $130 out of pocket and that was just a consultation. Dr Lina was transparent and explained what I needed done and what the charges are upfront and what will be sent to my insurance. Finally an Honest Dentist.
My husband has already seen her as his new dentist and I have already made my next appointment.

This was our first visit and the process was quick and on time.
We had visited Dr. Elmassad for my mother-in-law who has dental anxiety and is very sensitive about her teeth. Dr. Elmassad took the time to address all our questions and was gentle with my mother-in-law. She understood our concerns and was cognizant of it throughout the examination.
The assistant to the doctor was also professional and courteous.
Both, the doctor and her assistant were accommodating and sensitive towards our cultural needs.
The price of the service provided was affordable.
The receptionist took the time to explain the process of claim submission and provided additional help without request.

Very small practise but it’s homey, They definitely made me feel at home and comfortable. Not every dentist actually care about your well being and how you’re feeling . I was a bit late because of the baby and they accommodate me in every way possible. Thank you

What an awesome dentist! She is very detailed oriented. Asks the right questions and explains everything is detail. I had my tooth extracted. As a surgeon, she has very steady and smooth hands. A very caring professional with wonderful demeanour.

Dr. Elmassad was great.. Very gentle throughout. She explained what was needed and walked me through my xrays. Booking a follow up was no issue and her staff were excellent.

It was great. In a very friendly environment one of my favourite wisdom teeth was removed gently. I have not felt any pain and she was very cooperative.
